Rezloh™ cutting edge

Replacing a standard cutting edge and toothbar with the Rezloh™ edge is a time and money-saver. It increases digging productivity, reduces wear and tear on the machine, and enables work to be done faster, with less horsepower and less fuel. The patent-pending Rezloh™ edge is a high-grade steel plate edge with flush mount teeth that cuts into difficult jobs standard edges can’t handle. Hard clay, ice and snow, compacted soils, and even volcanic rock can be dug with relative ease.

Customers who use the Rezloh™ edge report that it has increased production by as much as three to five times depending on soil conditions, and improved production of digging out and leveling sub-grade material by 20% or more.

Another feature of the Rezloh™ edge is its ability to simplify site preparation. To remove sod, simply roll the bucket forward and engage the teeth in the sod, back-drag and the sod is gone. The Rezloh™ edge excels at cutting a flat surface because it cuts flat rather than riding up and over the raised area.

Machine stress is reduced dramatically with the Rezloh™ edge. By improving digging efficiency, there’s minimal tire wear and reduced tire slippage. When digging with the Rezloh™ edge, all four wheels remain on the ground, which increases effective horsepower to the digging process and increases production. Another advantage of overall performance efficiency is that fuel consumption typically decreases by about 20%.

INSTALLATION

Installation of the Rezloh™ edge is simple. The edge bolts directly onto equipment, utilizing the original OEM bolts; then, just leave it on all the time. There’s no need to flip to extend wear, no disassembly/reassembly of tooth bars, and no need to replace broken teeth and shanks or haul extra buckets to job sites.

SIDEBAR

"The addition of the Rezloh™ edge to my loader/backhoe has produced tremendous results. After just the first few initial uses, I have noticed an improvement in my loader bucket's performance. The sharp cutting edge makes easy work of concrete rubble. And cutting earth and gravel are no problem for the Rezloh™ edge. But the main advantage I've noticed is how well the edge extends the bucket's cutting edge, making clean-up jobs even more efficient than they were before.

“The Rezloh™ edge has taken my loader/backhoe to a higher level of performance. Immediate improved results are in store for anyone who adds one to their machine."
